⚠️ A Reminder About Our No Outside Food Policy ⚠️

At Ascend, we have a strict no outside food policy in place.

The only exceptions are:
🎂 Birthday cakes
🍼 Baby milk
🌾 Food required for allergy or medical reasons (which must be advised to us prior to your visit)

We work extremely hard to provide a wide range of allergen-conscious food and drink options and take food safety very seriously.

Unfortunately, on several occasions recently, our team has been left to clear away outside food, including full packed lunches. Most recently, we were required to remove and clean up nut shells that had been left not only in the seating area but scattered throughout the play equipment itself. This was particularly concerning, as nuts are one of the most common triggers of severe allergic reactions, and even trace contamination can pose a serious risk to some of our visitors.

Nut allergies can be extremely severe and, in some cases, airborne. As a result, our team had to thoroughly inspect the entire play structure to ensure it remained safe for all visitors.

There are multiple signs displayed throughout the venue, and all guests agree to our terms and conditions when completing their waiver, which includes not bringing external food into the centre.

Moving forward, if outside food is found being consumed within the venue, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

We appreciate the vast majority of our visitors who respect these rules and help us maintain a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for everyone.
