Acro Arts IOM Acro Arts is afun class teaching, safe and effective progressions, in Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and eventually Tumbling.

Acrobatics is beautiful art form, showing skill and flexibility, it has become very popular over the last few years. I myself started at the age of 5yrs and over the years because very supple which ebnabling me to do amazing tricks. Acrobatics is not an over night dicipline and requires loads of practice, but once mastered there is no bounds to what you can do. I love that being a qualified teacher and examiner with over 30yrs experience I can now pass on my knowledge of this beautiful art form.
