September brings some BIG developments for our circus community…

We’ve poured a huge amount of time, thought and love into what’s coming next, creating even more ways for our students to learn, progress, achieve and stay part of our circus community for years to come.

We know that lots of our students are receiving their exam results today, and we just wanted to say how incredibly proud we are of every one of you. 💜

Whatever is written on that piece of paper today, remember that a result can never show everything you’ve achieved — the hard work, determination, resilience and courage it took to get there.

We get to see so many of you grow both in and out of the circus, and it is a privilege to be a small part of your journey.

So whether you're celebrating the results you hoped for, figuring out a slightly different next step, or simply relieved that it's all finally over…

Be proud of yourself. We certainly are. 🎪💜

✨ Yesterday Was Pure Circus Magic! 🎪

What an incredible day! ❤️

Yesterday was everything we could have hoped for—amazing performances, proud moments, plenty of laughter and a wonderful celebration of everything our students have achieved this year.

To every single one of our performers... thank you. Your courage, determination and confidence shone through from start to finish, and we couldn't be prouder of each and every one of you. Watching your hard work come together on stage reminded us exactly why we love what we do.

We're currently busy editing our showcase video, but while that's on its way, here's a few teaser photos from a truly unforgettable day. 📸✨

💜 We'd also like to give a very special congratulations to our amazing CAT student, talented aerialist and valued member of our coaching team, Amber!

Whilst we were celebrating our showcase, Amber had been spending the week in London at the National Centre for Circus Arts as part of the prestigious Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) programme.

Yesterday also marked the end of the CAT year, with students taking to the stage to showcase everything they've worked so hard to achieve over the past 12 months. Congratulations to every one of those incredibly talented young performers—and especially to our Amber, whose stunning performance we're delighted to share with you in this post. We are so incredibly proud of you! 🌟

Tonight we're delighted to welcome Dice & Balls back to Nottingham Circus Arts for another evening packed full of circus skills, fun and learning!

Whether you're completely new to circus or looking to build on your existing skills, these workshops are suitable for ages 10+ and are guaranteed to leave you smiling.

🎪✨ Showcases • Guest Workshops • Summer Holiday Fun... It's All Happening! ✨🎪

We've got a HUGE week ahead and we can't wait!

🌟 Sunday marks the end of another incredible term with our End of Term Showcase Day! We can't wait to celebrate everything our Home Ed, Family, Afterschool, Weekend, Youth & Teen Circus students have achieved this term. We are so proud of every single one of them! ❤️

🤹 Monday sees the return of the amazing Dice & Balls! Learn everything from juggling, diablo and plate spinning to stilt walking in two exciting workshops.

🎪✨ What a week it’s been! ✨🎪

It’s been one of those wonderfully busy weeks filled with laughter, hard work and so many moments that make us love what we do.

A huge Happy Birthday to our amazing instructor, Vivienne! 💜 She is a firm favourite with our students, loved by everyone who walks through our doors, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of our circus family.

A massive congratulations to Amelie for making it through to the final! 🌟 We are incredibly proud of everything she has achieved and all the hard work, determination and dedication she has put in. We can’t wait to cheer her on!

We’ve also been out and about at school summer fairs, celebrating at birthday parties, and back at the circus with all of our fantastic regular students, who are working so hard as they prepare for their end-of-term showings. We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. 🥰

🎪✨A New Name…The Same Circus Magic!✨🎪

We have some exciting news to share…

Over the coming weeks, Tuyo Circus Arts will gradually become Nottingham Circus Arts! 💜

Whilst this wasn’t a change we originally planned to make, we’ve taken the opportunity to choose a name that we feel better reflects who we are and what we’re passionate about: bringing the joy, confidence and magic of circus to our local community.

Over the next week or two, you’ll start to see our branding slowly changing across our social media, website and booking system. This will be a phased transition over the next month while we update everything behind the scenes.

Please don’t worry – all existing bookings remain exactly as they are. As we complete the changeover, any bookings that need transferring will be taken care of by us, so you won’t need to do a thing.

Most importantly, nothing else is changing. We’ll still be the same welcoming, inclusive and wonderfully fun circus family that you’ve helped us build. The same amazing coaches, the same exciting classes, and the same magical space where everyone is encouraged to dream big, try something new and discover what they’re capable of.

For now, everything continues as normal, and we’ll keep you updated as each stage of the transition happens.

Thank you, as always, for being part of this incredible journey. We can’t wait to welcome you to the next chapter…

🤸‍♀️ Who says Acro & Balance isn’t fun?! 😜

We definitely didn’t get the memo… 😂

Just look at these smiles! From balancing challenges and partner acro to games, teamwork and plenty of laughs, our Acro & Balance classes are all about building confidence, strength and having an amazing time along the way.

And the best part? They’re led by the lovely Molly, who makes every session fun, encouraging and full of energy. 💜
