Are rare picture of my face. I don't normally like posting much about myself but for su***de prevention day I thought I'd share some of my story.

When I was 19 I tried to kill myself for the first time. I have tried multiple times since. But also I have been to university started a career and made great friends. I've met amazing people been to amazing places. I understand how depression can ruin lives and I still battle it every day. I won't lie and say it's gets better it doesn't really it just gets easier to deal with the bad days. It takes work, hard work but it's worth it.

Some shots from the counter protest in Nottingham today. There was a much larger police presence than normal and officers were brought in from London. The atmosphere as a whole was alot more aggressive than past events.
