But not all change is good change or necessary change …. Ask yourself : is it the choreography that needs to change or my approach?

Throwback to The English Gala 2024. ✨

Looking back on some beautiful memories and realising that you should just post that video, post it in full, post it to the original music, perfect or imperfect, just post it. Self-critique isn’t unique, whatever your “thing” is, is probably 100 other people’s “thing”, It’s just much more heightened when it’s ourselves because we often hold our own self to an untenable standard. Don’t get so bogged down in the imperfections that you miss the sincerity, the emotion, the authenticity and just that burning passion you have for dance.

Everyone that came before you has their thing and everyone who comes after will have their thing but no one, absolutely no one, will ever look this good in brown 🤣🤎

Every week these inspiring ladies leave their inhibitions at the door and get together to express their joy for dance, to think this is only their second public performance, shows just how much there is to come! 🤩🔥

The SURPRISE OF THE NIGHT 🤩

BiTB coaches and Director .co and .guo_ team up again for a one off performance of the stunning Paso Doble leaving the audience at the edge of their seats. Absolutely no one knew about this performance and Oskar and Lin pulled this together in just one rehearsal. What a performance!

• 🚗 NO parking on Sussex Road — park at West Wickham High Street Car Park (2 min walk)

• 🚌 Or hop on the 194, 119 or 352, or the train to West Wickham station

• 🎟️ Bring your ticket → check in at the registration table for your wristband

• 👗 Dress code: Summer Smart Casual (it’s a warm one!)

Performing exclusively at the BiTB Summer Ballroom Extravaganza we are delighted to welcome our talented and hardworking BiTB Juvenile and Junior Performance Group! With performances at Cocoa Fest, Simply Ballroom, Dance Energy and The BiTB Gala 2025, they are no strangers to a stage and they CAN NOT WAIT to perform for you ✨

Expect incredible live vocals, championship ballroom & Latin performances, social dancing, delicious food, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
