What an incredible few days at the Stone & Surfaces Show, part of the UK’s built environment super event, co-located with UK Construction Week London and Futurebuild at Excel London.
The event brought together architects, designers, specifiers and industry professionals to celebrate innovation, craftsmanship and the future of surface design.
This year’s show introduced exciting new features including the Main Stage, Architects Theatre and the inspiring Surfaces Cinema, creating even more opportunities for discussion, learning and collaboration across the industry.
Highlights included a keynote from Amin Taha, Chairman of GROUPWORK, alongside Frederico Miranda’s stunning film Milestone at the Surfaces Cinema, taking visitors on a sensory journey through Portugal’s rich natural stone heritage while celebrating craftsmanship, culture, architecture and innovation.
Visitors also heard from leading industry voices including Chris Hopkinson from Chroma Photography, Anna Burles, Co-founder & Creative Director at Run For The Hills, Adam Nathaniel Furman, Founder & Creative Director at Atelier ANF, Marcus Paine from Hutton Stone, Pierre Bidaud from The Stonemasonry Company and Roger Hawkins, Founder of Hawkins\Brown Architects.
The energy, creativity and collaboration across the event truly showcased the future of the surfaces and stone sector, and we already cannot wait to do it all again in 2027.
