Making our Honeydew & Mango Martini 🍈

First we create the garnishes by balling and skewering as much as possible 🗡️

We then juice the remaining melon, boil the juice and add sugar and malic acid to make our honey dew cordial 🧃

After this we take our left over melon pulp and steep it in vodka to infuse for 24 hours before straining clear 🚰

Finally we add Desi Daru Mango vodka, chill and serve 🍸

All of this into one drink with zero waste ♻️
