I can finally share this picture of me drawing the amazing Tony for my friend Ruby Allen 's birthday!
In my other life as a baker Ruby and her family have commissioned many dog portrait cakes of their fur babes over the years. It is through these cakes that I found out how much I loved making dog portraits from fondant. I then decided to try out portraits on paper! I'm very glad I did!

Agnes & Aude Dog Portraits was born out of my love of dogs.
Especially my two gorgeous schnauzer girls, Agnes and Audrey.
Sadly our beautiful girl Audrey passed away suddenly last October. My heart was broken but I wanted to make a lasting tribute to her.
Pictures and drawings of her became such precious treasures. I wanted to be able to share that gift with others.
And so, Agnes and Aude Dog Portraits sparked into life.
My love of these beautiful animals are woven through every portrait I create.
That nose print on our logo? That's Audrey's.

I aim to capture the joy, character and essence of your beloved companion with the use of graphite pencil and pastel pencils. I use Claire Fontaine paper in tan, white and black to bring out the tones and colours of your dog's fur and eye colour.

We recently added a new addition to our family by the way of a little boy schnauzer named Arthur Bear. He is currently training to become my assistance dog to help support me with my disabilities.
He is full of giddiness and spirit and I know that I will be sharing many photos of him and his beautiful sister Agnes for your to share our journey.

10% of all profits will go to Schnauzerfest to help rescue schnauzies with vet treatment and rehabilitation.
