**ANNOUNCEMENT **
The show scheduled for tomorrow Friday 16th Oct
At Down Arts Centre
Will not be going ahead .... ... ...
We could sugar coat this and make excuses but the simple fact is there were not enough advance ticket sales ..
Unfortunately when this is the case we have no financial guarantee and therefore no option other than to cancel..
To explain briefly the general public probably think that acts are booked and paid by the respective venues
This is not the case ! We..TCB PRODUCTIONS ( and most independent shows) hire the venue and hopefully sell enough tickets to cover costs AND pay the performers ..
Unfortunately the current financial climate has practically killed the pre sales market and this is the result..country wide
Apologies for any inconvenience caused..
Refunds are available from the venue ..
.... .....
The best and easiest way to support local live music/ entertainment is to buy your tickets in advance ..
KEEP MUSIC LIVE!!
