Our Adult Dance Fitness classes are all about having FUN! No pressure, no judgement and definitely no dance experience required.

Whether you’ve two left feet or you’ve been dancing around your kitchen for years, everyone is welcome. All ages, all abilities and all fitness levels can join in!

What to expect:

* Cracking music
* Lots of laughs
* Feel-good fitness
