Thank you for all you have done for Newent Bruce. Congratulations Sue. Exciting times ahead.

Last night, the Rotary Club of Newent and District / Breakfast Club bid farewell to its President, Bruce Fowler, following a successful twelve months in office, and warmly welcomed its new Club President, Sue Hollingshead.

Sue is the first female President in the Club’s 48-year history, marking a significant milestone.

All members wish Sue every success and happiness as she begins her presidential year, and we look forward to supporting her in the months ahead.

- set up a paddling pool in the garden 💧
- container of water, chop some apple and chuck it in 🍎
- frozen licki-mats and kongs, stuff with peanut butter, primula cheese, natural yoghurt or their wet food if they're on it 👅

Newent is a rural market town and sits at the bottom of the iconic landmark, May Hill. It’s very normal to see a farmer ride a tractor through, hear sheep bleeting or the sound of horse hooves clip clopping through. We have some lovely small independent shops, a beautiful lake to walk around, art galleries, vineyard, museum and much more.
