🚨 NEW SIGNING HERE WE GO! 🚨
Little Robot CIC are delighted to announce the signing of our new Chair of the Board… Mark Tavender. ✍️🔥

Deal completed. Contracts signed. The paperwork is done. The era begins.

Mark arrives with a world-class reputation — a true champion of North Shields, a tireless advocate for arts and culture, a brilliant legal mind and quite simply one of the finest humans you could ever hope to meet.

After making a huge impact as part of our Steering Group, the move is now permanent: Mark officially joins the Board and takes the armband as Chair.

📸 Here he is alongside Managing Director Si Beckwith, announcing the signing.

Mark brings incredible expertise, invaluable knowledge and most importantly, genuine passion for what we do. He has been one of our biggest champions and we could not be happier to have him leading the Board into this next chapter.
Big plans are coming.
Huge ambitions lie ahead.

And yes… we’re talking Manchester United signing Cantona levels of significance.

North Shields, you're utter diamonds. Another one packed out.
Tonight's gonna be mint.

Please note: Valdimir McTavish is no longer on the bill tonight, but we've got the superb Ollie Horn filling in instead.
Rest assured we'll have Vlad back on a show soon because he's one of the greatest, and tonight is going to be unreal!

A great night, with wonderful people and superb pizza at Twenty Twenty.
There's something special about the North East right now, and it was great to be amongst so many talented people making exciting things happen!

We've had a couple of bits of really good news lately, with opportunities to do some strong community work with fantastic partners.
All will be revealed soon, so here's Little Robot's Little Pup Hubert looking happy about it for now!
We've also had a couple of knock backs on funding, and while feedback was positive, we appreciate this is all part of the journey and you've got to really take a moment to celebrate the wins and use the knock backs as a reason to kick on even more!
