So proud of this group. ❤️

Yesterday, our Cramlington comedians ran through their sets for the very first time, and honestly? We couldn’t be prouder.

The hard work, graft, skill, care and sheer joy that’s gone into this has been genuinely heartwarming. They’ve all been absolute delights, and watching it come together has been something special.

We’ve still got a few more to rejoin us for our final session next week, and then it’s SHOWTIME. 👀

🎤 COME SEE WHAT THEY’VE BEEN COOKING UP!
Our Cramlington Comedy Showcase

Come and support these fledgling funny-folk. Support local talent. Support the local gems putting themselves out there and giving this comedy thing a go. ❤️

And a massive thank you to Prue Blake for expertly leading the session as always. An absolute star. ⭐

Come show them some love. You might just see the next big thing before everyone else does. 😉

🚨 THE NORTH SHIELDS COMEDY CLUB HAS A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! 🚨

After THREE YEARS of building this spectacular comedy club in partnership with Salt Market Social, we're really cooking. 🔥
We've brought some of the best headliners in the country to North Shields, alongside dynamic, exciting acts — and, pound for pound, some of the best comedy line-ups you'll find anywhere.
This month, we're about to crown our FIRST EVER North Shields Comedy Club New Act of the Year! 🏆

And we're only just getting started…
🎉 2027 — WE'RE GOING MONTHLY! 🎉
That's right. North Shields Comedy Club is going MONTHLY in 2027.
And because the New Act Competition has seen tickets flying out, we're doing it all again next year!
Our line-ups are already looking 🔥 for 2027.

But we can't do this without YOU.
Thank you for coming to shows. Supporting us. Snaffling up those early bird tickets. Selling out shows. And making North Shields such a special place for comedy. ❤️

🎤 THREE MORE SHOWS IN 2026:

SUNDAY 18 OCTOBER
🏆 North Shields Comedy Club New Act of the Year
🔥 50% of tickets gone!

FRIDAY 13 NOVEMBER
With Si Beckwith, Jacob Nussey, Jack & Sam & Jack Gleadow
🎟️ Early birds & first release GONE!

THURSDAY 10 DECEMBER
With Si Beckwith, Eddie Fortune, Gill Gee & Wendy Wason
🎟️ Early birds gone — just 9 cheaper first-release tickets left!

If you've been meaning to come along… NOW IS A VERY GOOD TIME. 👀

Huge thanks to Salt Market Social and The Loading Bay for helping us build this. Barney and the team deserve huge credit for what they're making happen in the area.
More lush photos coming soon from the brilliant James / Jammy Creative 📸
And thanks to Big Kid Toys, our New Act of the Year sponsors, for their ongoing support. ❤️

👀 OH… AND ONE MORE THING.
We've got a shiny new logo, inspired by something we found inside Salt Market itself.
And regular host Si has made a bold promise…
If we sell out every show next year, he'll get it tattooed. 😬

North Shields…
THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING.
2027. Every month. More comedy. More big names. More new acts.
Let's make North Shields the home of comedy in the North East. ❤️🎤
