Here are 5 records I picked up at in NYC’s East Village. Whether it’s the 60s beatniks, 70s punks or 00s indie artists, the area has a rich history of diverse and creative movements. But of course I went straight to the dance music section, searching the shelves for some classic NYC house and garage.
