🎨 I’ll show you how to make a simple book before introducing some simple and fun creative tasks to help you beat the creative block!

Spend Friday with me! I’m spinning a few plates at the moment but hoping for one serious sewing time over the next week…if I can resist the temptation of a sunshiny green that is!!!

12.2 thousand views on my reel about my Miniature Landscape Bobbins workshop-whaaaat?! Honestly I’ve no idea how that happened but I’m so grateful for all of the bobbin love!

This idea came about in lockdown, when I had about a two hour window to sew before my kids went feral and I’d have to down tools.

I love making them, I love sharing the process with people in workshops and I love that they celebrate some special local places with the photos they often feature. I’d love to see them in places like Holy Island gift shops too…maybe one day!

I’m running this workshop tomorrow at The Hearth but watch this space as I’ve had a lot of enquiries about reserve list spaces so an Autumn date might be on its way!

I’m delighted to share that I will have some pieces in this exhibition at Jackal, Berwick to celebrate collaged art as part of National Collage Week!

The exhibition runs from 1st-9th May and you can see some of my more colourful paper pieces, alongside the softer cloth pieces that focus on memory and fragments.
