LITTLE & WISE PLAYGROUPS ARE BACK! 🎉

We are so excited to be coming back and we have been working hard behind the scenes to organise our very first sessions back.

And even better, we are heading back to where we first started.. Brackley Care Home 💜

We will be heading to Brackley;

Wednesday 30th September: 10.30am - 11.30am
Wednesday 28th October: 10.30am - 11.30am

A little update from us at Little & Wise Playgroup 🧸

I wanted to let you all know that I’ll be temporarily pausing running our play sessions as I need to be more available for my family, helping to care for a very close family member 💖

I absolutely love running these play sessions. Watching your little ones and all of the wonderful care home residents come together for play and connection.

For now, family needs to come first but we will be back!

If you are currently booked onto any upcoming sessions, you will have received an email today.

Here’s a little Q&A to tell you everything you need to know about Little & Wise Playgroup 👇

❓ What is Little & Wise Playgroup?
Little & Wise is a unique intergenerational playgroup where little ones alongside their families, and care home residents come together to spend time, play and connect 💫

❓ What happens at a session?
Each session is relaxed and child-led — no pressure and no rigid structure.

We set up a variety of toys and activities, and your child is free to explore while naturally interacting with residents along the way 🧸

❓ Is it okay if my child is shy?
Absolutely 💜

Some children jump straight in, others take their time — both are completely fine. The sessions are designed to feel welcoming, calm and at your child’s pace.

❓ Why are the sessions in care homes?
This is where the magic happens ✨

These sessions bring so much joy to residents, while giving children the chance to build confidence, empathy and social skills in a really natural way.

❓ What age is it for?
Our sessions are perfect for children aged 0–5 years 👶
We do hold specials during school holidays for older children and siblings too!

❓ Do I need to book?
Yes — spaces are limited to keep sessions calm and enjoyable for everyone 💫
