I’ve been re-reading the book ‘Playing Big’ by and one of her exercises includes visualising your future self and asking her some big questions.
You complete a guided meditation and then journal: What does she look like? What does she eat? How does she feel? How does she spend her time? You can then take small steps every day to get closer to becoming her.
I prefer this to New Years Resolutions, it’s not about punishing or scolding myself to become better but about moving into my best self with joy & ease 🧘
