Our Zumba Tuesdays are MOVING!

Changes to the time table

DON’T FORGET! Classes are changing THIS WEEK!

Tomorrow at Rochester Health Club we have our STRONG 30- High intensity tempo training including Core Work on the floor. Mats provided - a shorter class of 30 mins

Zumba now on Thursday- both classes start at 6 pm - Zumba will be an hour

Also 45mins of Zumba Fitness at the NEW TIME of 7pm at Thinking Fitness - come along and join in the fun 🤩
