📢 Important Announcement: Gamer-X Preston Closure

With heavy hearts, we must announce that our Gamer-X Preston site is now closed.

We want to say a huge thank you to the thousands of amazing visitors we’ve welcomed and the hundreds of parties we’ve had the privilege to host. Your support has meant the world to us.

Sadly, a combination of extortionate electricity costs, high city centre rent, and a location that didn’t deliver the footfall we’d hoped for has made it unsustainable to continue operating in Preston. We gave it everything - holding on in the hope that new neighbouring businesses would bring fresh energy - but unfortunately, that change never came.

Preston is still in great hands, with brilliant local leisure offerings. For birthday parties and fun days out, we highly recommend Wacky World Preston - Inflatable Park. Meanwhile, Gamer-X continues to operate in other locations, including our popular Wigan site, located in the Grand Arcade Shopping Centre.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible team in Preston. We’re doing all we can to offer alternative roles at our other locations. Their dedication and passion have been at the core of what made Gamer-X so special.
