Hello Everyone! I have several things for you all today... First up! Today's spinning video for Gothic Queen is up on YouTube!

Link for that is here: https://youtu.be/iceAy9zVl9M?is=56uYxOxAAEJDKz7V

Second! I'm changing my Sunday upload schedule (but not my Wednesday) so that every third week there will be no upload. I'm attending the Market Drayton Markets Indoor Market more often from now until December, so doing it this way just gives me a little more leeway with those videos, and I thank you all in advance for your understanding.

Third! I will be at the Indoor Market this coming Friday and Saturday! And I will have my most recent yarn, Hunt Sister, with me! It's a beautiful blend of smoky brown, forest green and twilight blue Corriedale wool with pops of dove grey recycled sari silk! So please do come see me and the other amazing traders of the Indoor Market next weekend. ❤️

Hello everyone! Today's video is up now and available as we speak on YouTube... Today's video? Carding the wool for this year's yarn, Gothic Queen!

It's going to be a beautiful black and deep red colour, which I'm hoping will come out the dye bath as an ombre. I say hoping, because when it comes to the dye bath, there's never a way to be certain of success until after the dye bath is finished. 😹

Here's the link to the video!

It's that time of year again... It's time for the in person buy one skein, get one half price sale (lower priced skein is the one that's half price), and! This year's market dates!

Not only that... But we're doing a trial run of opening on Fridays, as well! So come to the Indoor Market this year for gifts for family and friends, alike! The Friday event starts on the 2nd October, opening from 9am to 2pm!

(yes, my poster says 3, I need to edit it 😹).

This week's video is up, too, featuring the alpaca fleece yarn being plyed and washed, ready for dying, and plans are being made for this year's Halen yarn, Gothic Queen! I'm trying a new technique for that one, and if it goes well it's one I'll repeat in the future. ❤️ So there's plenty to be looking forward to, this year!
