Tango Manchester en Maracas

A vibrant and new milonga is happening in the heart of the city centre, aims to ease your tango itch for a quiet weekend in Manchester.

We organise a short introductory tango class at the beginning of the evening and continue with a lively milonga. Aims to introduce our passion of tango to the community of Manchester.

Come join us this last Sunday of May, 31st.

Your host are a sweet couple who has been in the scene long enough and have always keeping themselves low profile. Their talents and passions are to be discovered.

POP UP Tango Manchester’s next 6-week cycle starts this Friday, 22 May 2026.

We are excited to welcome special guest teacher Lucas Gastiarena, who will be sharing his experience and guidance over the next 6 weeks, together with our resident teacher Stephanie Teow.

They will be teaching every Friday at POP UP, nurturing our new beginners and leading our special themed improver class, now known as the “Canaro” group.

Classes are open to everyone. You may drop in at any time, and a 6-week full pass is available at a special price.

POP UP , in collaboration with Tango Manchester Academy , has officially launched our new weekly Friday classes in the city centre, starting from 3 April 2026 .

Schedule
Improver / Intermediate Class : 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Beginner New Cycle : 8:15 – 9:15 pm
Practica : 9:30 – 11:30 pm

These classes will be led by our very experienced teachers, Stephanie and Paris.

Whether you are looking to continue improving your tango, or would like to introduce your friends to the tango family, we would love to welcome you.

Our aim is to build and grow the tango community in a safe, friendly, and encouraging environment.
