Straight-up painting - the cost of the unit/model. Limited conversion work - 0.5 x the cost of the unit/model
Limited conversion work and painting - 1.5 x the cost of the unit/model

Detailed/advanced conversion work - the cost of the unit/model
Detailed/advanced conversion work and painting - 2 x the cost of the unit/model

Scratch-building work - the cost of components
Scratch-building work and painting - 2x the cost of components. I can even write you some true-to-fluff background for your characters! Check out the photos for examples of my projects.
