Our sessions welcome children and young people aged 6–16, with a special focus on supporting those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Each week we run:
✨ One mainstream session
✨ One SEND-specific session
✨ One integrated session — where everyone comes together to move, connect, and shine!
Whether you are new to dance or just looking for a fun, supportive space, our doors are open. Come along, make friends, and discover the joy of moving together.

We are so excited to see The Wellbeing Project in full swing! Delivered by Time to Shine North East CIC, this entire programme is proudly funded by the National Lottery Awards for All, which means every single activity is completely free for everyone who attends. We are currently welcoming young people aged 7–25 and their families into our weekly dance, fitness, and mindfulness sessions across Sunderland, but we still have plenty of room for more friendly faces. Whether you want to boost your confidence, try out some movement, or just connect with others in the community, our doors are wide open to new joiners so please feel free to jump right in and join the fun!

One of our partner companies is delivering Newcastle's Best Holiday Ever provisions from Fawdon Community Centre in Newcastle.

Great sessions, completely FREE to attend, and with a healthy lunch provided to all children participating.

The Wellbeing Project is starting very soon! This progressive dance and wellness programme is designed for young people aged 7-17, and those with disabilities aged up to 25 years old, and their families. Funded by Awards for All, it is completely free for beneficiaries and delivered from our Time to Shine dance studios. Spaces are limited, book your place today and take the first step towards wellbeing through movement.
