My name is Lisa and I am a 48 year old mum of 3 wonderful children. I am a Director of a Motorbike Training School based in my hometown of Manchester and in my spare time (not that I have very much), I love nothing better than to paint in my Art Studio and come up with new craft ideas daily. My painting inspiration comes from a very special lady in my life. Unable to do very much due to the consta
nt tremors, she was encouraged to join a local painting group. She uses her "wrong hand" to paint with as the tremors are not quite as severe, and she has produced incredible paintings. She brought one back (from Spain where she was living) to me last year and encouraged me to have a go...... and the rest is history. I particularly like crazy, funky, weird art. Anything abstract and wacky. I have often scoured the shops and galleries for that one exciting piece that grabs me but as yet have never found it. Until I started painting that is. Now my home has exactly the art I love hanging on several walls and visitors often comment how they have the "WOW FACTOR". So I hope you enjoy my hand-painted Canvases as much as I enjoyed designing them. I will be adding new designs all the time so keep coming back for a browse. All prices are stated under each picture. I can offer commissioned paintings too. If there is something you like but prefer different size/colour/style then get in touch for more info and pricing. More recently I have ventured into new crafts. Using clay/plaster/upcycling items and anything that pops into my head, I will recreate into a bespoke piece of art.

Sorry not been on here for ages, had a busy and tough year. So glad ive got back into my craft room. Started making some bits and bobs (mainly given to a charity to sell). LOVING it. Love keeping busy. Still lots of planters with personality left. Doing xmas fair this sunday. Always looking for new challenges. If you fancy challenging me to make something bespoke let me know x

Ive not made planters for a while as been busy trying out different crafts but really enjoyed making these today. Planning on doing more craft fairs but happy to sell online and post out. Now I need names for these 6 glam ladies. Ideas please? These are just £20 each now and can be picked up, delivered locally or posted for £5.95.

Really excited to be attending the Whitefield FESTIVAL on Saturday with my pots with personality. Looks like its gonna be a fab day out with loads of stuff going on. Live bands, lots of food, drink, kids activities etc and dogs welcome. Support local!!!!!!! Pop over and say hi. Will be having a big sale. All my planters just £20 on the day. This Saturday, I will be displaying my planters at Radcliffe Markets Eco pop up. Such a great place, wonderful atmosphere, music, food, stalls galore. Pop down if you are local. I have dozens of new planters ready and waiting to be displayed and sold.

What a fabulous day I had at my first ever craft/artisan fair. Sold lots of planters and they made everyone smile. Job done! Now for a siesta with tens machine on my back. Bliss. Thanks everyone for your lovely wishes and kind words. Means the world ###
