😁The day is finally here, Connect welcomes Techno king Ben Sims to Elgin for what is looking to be another massive event for Elgin.

‼️Doors open at 21:30 sharp, there will be tickets available on the door at a first come service.

We would like to wish all those travelling to Elgin a safe journey.

‼️Tonight is a very warm night so please drink sensible and drink plenty of water.

Each year we reserve a couple of spots for up and coming DJ’s, and this year we have sets on the Parliament of Funk and the Leisure Centre available.

We can’t stick any old music on these stages so you’ll need to stick within a brief. Sadly all our Techno and Psy Trance sets are filled, so we won’t accept any mixes in this vein.

The Parliament of Funk set needs to be funky, smooth, disco, groovy or with an Afro twist.

The Leisure centre are less fussy and into the heavier end of music, it just needs 160bpm+, no Psy Trance please!

To enter, please upload a 20 minute mini mix by the end of easter weekend (22nd April) and name it “Noisily festival 2019 DJ comp” and then the name of the STAGE you’re trying out for. Comment on this post with the link to your mix, and get your friends to like and comment on it, the more ❤️s the better!

We will announce the winner by the 10th of May, but will only consider mixes with 100 or more listens by then. So please share share share!
