RESERVATIONS

Greek Restaurant with Dancing Entertainment
17th MAY RE-OPENING
We look forward to welcoming our customers back for dining indoors starting on the 17th May.

We are introducing our new “LITTLE GREEK TAVERNA MENU” available every day except Saturdays.

The aim is to provide a relaxed, casual dining experience with popular Greek dishes and Meze Platters to enjoy with some beers or wine.

Saturdays will be special fun nights and we will be welcoming groups to enjoy dinner and entertainment with Greek music and dancing after the meals (when Covid regulations permit us to do so). The Greek Meze Banquet at £25 per person will only be available on Saturdays.
For the present time and until restrictions are lifted our ‘Little Greek Taverna Menu’ will be also be available on Saturdays.

PLEASE NOTE: For parties of 7 or more people it is preferable to pre-order meals.

Sunday – Friday: 17:00 – 22:00 (last food orders 20:30)

DUTIES AND TASKS
 To prepare, cook and serve nutritious meals
 Follow set portion control and ensure all food is served to a high standard
 To ensure all food is stored, handled and packed at the correct temperature and in
accordance with Food Handling and Hygiene Regulations.
 To maintain records of temperatures and remedial action taken where necessary, reporting
all issues to the kitchen manager.
 To serve on the food counters following all customer service standards.
 Use machinery as shown and trained to ensure equipment is used safely and in
accordance with legislation, and report equipment issues to your line manager.
 To ensure that work areas are kept clean and that all waste is recorded and disposed of
correctly.
 To be competent and skilled to work in all areas of preparation, cooking and counter
service.
 Ensure the quality and presentation of food is to the highest standards and specification.
 Ensure the quality and presentation of hospitality catering is to the highest standard.
 To comply with all Health and Safety legislation.
 To attend and comply with any training around Health and Safety, Food Safety, etc.
 To ensure you comply with current dress and personal hygiene regulations.
 To be responsible for monitoring and recording, day to day production schedule of each
menu

*COVID-19 UPDATE*
In line with advice from the government, and for the protection of all our staff and customers, Bouzouki By Night is now closed until further notice.
We hope that everyone stays safe and well in this difficult time, and that you will all be back to celebrate with us once things return to normal.
In the meantime, if you are still working in the city centre, our Little Greek Shop will remain open for Take Away food. (Please see the pinned post on our page for more info)
