🎉 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐳𝐞! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that Aaron Breeze is the winner of the inaugural Derwent Brass International Composition Award with his work The Haçienda, inspired by the Manchester nightclub at the epicentre of 80s and 90s rave culture. 🎶🏆🪩👯

Aaron’s composition captivated us with its creativity and innovation, reflecting the very essence of what this award is all about.

A huge thank you to all of our talented finalists, including Becky Lund and Tim Jackson and everyone who participated. We can’t wait to see the future of brass band music evolve with your incredible work!
