Have been quiet for a while due to a lot of changes, including work, however hope to start posting again, regularly if not daily.

Stay blessed, stay hopeful and always reach out before ever thinking to tap out. Don't suffer in silence, or met with hostility.

Never forget when challenges rise and swell like the tides, we are made to float above.

Amen, focus on what we can do, here and now.

This is all we can affect and WILL effect what comes to pass. Remembering this, and the freedom to always "change the road you're on" means we've EVERY MOMENT of our lives to reflect, better ourselves & who we are.
