Itโ€™s that magical time of year once again when the sights, sounds and excitement of the ๐Œ๐ข๐œ๐ก๐š๐ž๐ฅ๐ฆ๐š๐ฌ ๐…๐š๐ข๐ซ arrive in the streets of St Ives for three wonderful days of fun and tradition.

The ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐œ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฒ will take place on ๐Œ๐จ๐ง๐๐š๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐Ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐š๐ญ ๐Ÿ‘.๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ“๐ฉ๐ฆ, allowing children time to reach the town centre after school. The fair will then continue throughout Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

At the opening ceremony, the ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ๐จ๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐’๐ญ ๐ˆ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ and members of the Town Council will continue the long-standing tradition of ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐ฉ ๐œ๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ง, alongside the distribution of ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ž๐ž ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ž ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฎ๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ.

This year's charter reading and opening ceremony will take place ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐Œ๐ข๐š๐ฆ๐ข ๐‘๐ข๐๐ž, ๐ข๐ง ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ง ๐„๐ฑ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž, where the coins and ride vouchers will be handed out.

The Michaelmas Fair is one of St Ives' most cherished traditions, and we warmly invite residents and visitors of all ages to come along and help celebrate this historic event.
