🍄‍🟫 Custom Star Wars Legion diorama COMPLETE ✅
A second diorama in as many weeks - this one heavily inspired by the planet Felucia, but with a twist! 🔀
My client won a best painted award (and with it, a diorama gift voucher) for a unit of droids in an epic synth-wave paint scheme - hence the colour palette for the diorama 💜💙🩷🩵
This one had some extra Terrain By Hand secret sauce, in the form of hand-sculpted foliage!
I genuinely take pleasure in saying that everything you can see here (except the MDF base board) was crafted by hand! ✋ 🤚

❄️ Custom Star Wars Legion diorama COMPLETE ✅
Check out this custom display diorama I crafted for displaying a 20cm tall AT-ST model! 👀
My client won a best painted competition at an event (it was well deserved!!) and won a gift voucher for me to create a diorama - they specified a Hoth theme, with a trench & bunker, and this is what I came up with!
Shout out to my friends at War Scenery for allowing me to utilise their fantastic sculpts to give fantastic detail without the need for me to add hours and hours of crafting time (and therefore making it much more budget friendly!)
If you have a model or unit you want to show off - get in touch today and let me create you a custom diorama 🤩

🎨 Painted War Scenery prints - some of the new stuff! 🛒
Sharing a few photos of some of the new additions to my web shop - there are nearly 50 different pieces in the Grimdark/industrial theme available at terrainbyhand.co.uk NOW!💀
I love painting up display pieces, as it’s a great way to show how a simple paint job can really take a piece of terrain to the next level ✨
Oh, and to remind you all that I offer terrain painting commissions as a service 😉
For those of you that want to skip the hassle, and get terrain straight onto the table - get in touch today! 🎲

📣 3 NEW sets available NOW! 🛒
I’m expanding on my War Scenery license to include 3 more sets! 🤩
These industrial, grimdark-themed sets are available NOW on my website, terrainbyhand.co.uk
Perfect for a game of Warhammer 40,000 where terrain is no longer unimaginative, and instead adds narrative and theming to your table 🎲

🎬 Behind the scenes - planning & executing the custom Space Wolves terrain set 🐺
Let me show you behind the scenes of planning & executing this custom Space Wolves terrain commission ✏️
Over many years of crafting I’ve learned to utilise technology where possible, whether that be to save time (making commission work cheaper) or improving on the quality of the finish (whether structurally or visually).
This was my first project EVER where I designed the full set of terrain on the laser engraver first, before assembling, detailing & painting by hand 🎨
If you like what you see, get in touch, and let’s make your next terrain project happen 🤩

🐺 Space Wolves terrain commission COMPLETE ✅
It’s been a few weeks since I finished this commission and I’m very excited to share it with you!
This client got in touch asking for a set of 11th edition compatible 40K terrain in a Space Wolves theme (inspired by a battle diorama at Warhammer World).
I utilised my laser engraver to design and cut some details (palisades, wall details etc…) which really helped to keep things uniform whilst also keeping to a budget 👍🏻
Client was absolutely delighted with the set - which is music to my ears! 😍
Get in touch today if you’d like a quote for me to create some custom terrain for your table 📱

🌑 Outer Rim Territories - FULL TABLE display! 🎲
Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Chopper Base Open, the UK’s biggest 2-day Star Wars Legion tournament, in Peterborough!
The organisers generously gave me the opportunity to display some of my wares, as well as provide terrain for their streaming table 😍
You might recognise these War Scenery prints - they were the diorama projects I posted about earlier this year - taking the raw 3D prints and applying some Terrain By Hand treatment with a paint job & handcrafted landscaping ⛰️
All of these prints are available at terrainbyhand.co.uk - and get in touch if you’d be interested in commission painting, too! 📱

⏪ Norwich Games Con 2026 - a show recap 🛒
A recap of my experience at Norwich Games Con last Saturday!
It’s important to take the time to reflect on what went well, what could have gone better, and to focus on what I can improve for future shows. 💡
Let me know what you thought about my table - what you liked, what you want to see more of going forward, and anything you think I can improve on! It honestly all helps! 💪🏻
