Come dance with Cathy and the company, for some morning grooves & joy!

Cathy will lead dynamic, rhythm-focused, and fast-paced classes full of expansive movement and sweeping floor work.

Classes explore how a variety of beat driven music can challenge, inspire, and energise the way we move, encouraging dancers to respond to rhythm, texture, and musical detail with both groove and physicality.

Open to pro dancers and those in vocational or pre-vocational training (16 and over), this is a rare opportunity to dance alongside the company on the main stage ahead of the premiere of You & Us.

A powerful series of 9 photographic portraits exploring the ubiquity of the unseen. Commissioned artist shares personal and collective experiences of neurodivergence and showing how perception, stigma, and identity shape how we experience the world.

Through these striking portraits, Unseen | Unmasked brings hidden experiences into the light, challenging assumptions about identity, perception, and visibility.

The exhibition forms part of You & Us, our touring triptych exploring themes of invisibility through photography, dance, and film.
