As we are approaching the launch of our next product, Ghost Observatory, we would like to share some transparency about the project and why we founded the company.
Ghost Citadel was founded because some people couldn’t accept that math doesn’t lie.
While running operational studies at a large financial institution, our analysis of primitive data uncovered realities that leadership simply did not like. At first, they praised us to the skies, even calling us geniuses. However, a manager with zero previous leadership experience abruptly killed the project because the data harmed his personal relations with other leaders. Ironically, he left the company a few months after for "unknown reasons". They then offered us lesser roles, implying we lacked the skills — barking about "communication" while unable to define the word themselves.
This was the exact push we needed. We realized that in a large corporation, crossing the wrong person lands you on a blacklist. We walked away with a completely blank slate, leaving their primitive systems and leadership models exactly where they belonged. We strictly followed our NDA, taking absolutely zero code with us.
We then spent over six months building the future of time studies from scratch. Things that seemed impossible in the past are now reality.

It is a completely new, real-time process mining intelligence engine that pulls data from 150+ systems to turn complex operations into clear, undeniable evidence. Built for speed and trust, it helps teams detect risks and make confident decisions. We support 45+ calculations—from process mining and SLA checks to measuring workload balance using the Theil Index.
It runs on world-class libraries like Polars, DuckDB, SciPy, scikit-learn, and Apache ECharts.
The best part? It is free and partly open-source. pip install and boom. You are live, anywhere. It can deployed anywhere where it's allowed to install pip packages and run python.
Oh, and some final details! You can freely choose your AI model if you want to analyze the results, there is no "phone home" so you can feel safe to use it anywhere and finally, we have options to enable compliance with EU AI law Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 to ensure that everything is perfectly legal!
