We are delighted to be back for more poetry on Tuesday 15th September at the wonderful SocialBar 💙

This month, we are thrilled to have Ian Patterson as our featured poet! Ian Patterson is a prize-winning poet, translator and writer. He worked in Further Education and spent ten years as a second-hand book dealer before becoming an academic and teaching English at Cambridge for over twenty-five years. His Collected Poems was published by Broken Sleep in 2024, and Books: a Manifesto, which is mostly about reading, in 2025. His latest book of poems, Nothing Like an Ear, will be out from Distance No Object in November. He lives in Yoxford.
