Vashtorr Wants a Seat at the Table 😈

Vashtorr the Arkifane — master of the Soul Forge and creator of daemon engines.

He doesn’t worship the Chaos Gods. He bargains with them.

And ultimately? He intends to become one. 😈

Another servant of Chaos joins the Hand of the Heretic.

The Heldrake is finally unleashed. 🐉🔥

This one has been months in the making — and I can safely say I will never look at gold trim the same way again.

There were points where this model genuinely became more chore than hobby, but after far too many hours of black, gold, flesh, metal and even more gold trim, it’s finally finished.

And seeing it completed in the lightbox?

Yeah. Worth it.

Another daemon engine joins the Black Legion.
Let the galaxy burn. 🔥

A Daemon Prince ascended through blood and conquest. 🩸👑
No longer mortal. No longer bound.

A creature of the warp given form through power.

Black Legion Land Raider ⚔️🖤
One of my favourite Chaos vehicles – brutal, iconic, and covered in dark details.
What’s your favourite Chaos tank?

The Lord Discordant rides his Helstalker into battle… ⚙️🔥
A master of daemon engines, twisting steel and spirit alike.

One of the most brutal and characterful models in the Chaos range.

First Blood Bowl project on the desk 🏈

Cut my sprue into pieces… this is my first Blood Bowl 🎸

Client’s box arrived safely and the Chaos Chosen are officially underway.
This one’s a commission project, so I’ll be sharing progress shots as it comes together – from build, through paint, to finished team.

Taking my time with this one. Clean builds, strong contrast, and a scheme that reads clearly on the pitch.

More updates soon.

500 followers on TikTok! That escalated quickly.

I started Hand of the Heretic just sharing my Warhammer painting – progress, mistakes, small wins, and the occasional Chaos gremlin moment.

I didn’t really have a plan beyond enjoying the hobby and funding it where I could… so seeing this many people follow along genuinely means a lot.

If you’re new here – welcome.
Plenty more Chaos projects, WIP, commissions, and painted minis on the way 🖤

Thanks for sticking around.

Master of Possession - Then vs Now

Then vs now.

Current WIP: Master of Possession – basecoats down, still plenty of shading, highlights and tidying to go.

Third slide is one of the first versions I painted of this model.

Progress isn’t always faster – sometimes it’s just clearer.

The Warmaster summoned his chosen, and The Hand of the Heretic marched to meet the Ork horde. Before battle, a final touch-up — bolts loaded, blades sharpened, paint still drying. Spoiler alert: we didn’t survive the green tide… we got absolutely krumped 😂

⚙️ The Long War continues. Each defeat is just another layer of paint.

It might be small numbers for some, but 200 followers in 41 days since I opened this account on the 13th of September.

I’m grateful for everyone who’s joined the warband so far. Here’s to growing in the community, sharpening my painting skills, and spreading the heresy — one miniature (and maybe one army) at a time. ⚙️🔥
