2025 — what a crazy year.
And still, whatever the weather, we keep it together — in freedom, spreading love and warmth like Wi-Fi during a cold war. Also keeping so many good things that happened this year!

This Christmas, I wish love, compassion, and kindness for all of us.
I wish that we heal our wounds instead of projecting pain onto one another.
I wish for peace — for us to stop shooting at each other, and to stop killing children before they even have a chance to rise.

I wish for consciousness — the courage to work with our anxieties rather than weaponise them.
I wish for us the maturity to recognise light in others, to draw strength from it, and to protect it — rather than challenge what is sincere and life-giving.
I wish for us the maturity to support well-motivated people instead of exhausting them through unnecessary challenge and rivalry. This maturity is needed especially for those call themselves leaders and teachers to understand that age of interrupting others is over.
I wish for the realisation that we are the universe, and that by shifting our perspective we can co-create a collective heaven:
one built on mutual respect, solidarity, and supporting each other’s rise — not on a race to militarise our countries and our minds.

I wish for us to break free from the mental chains of false choices:
“either me or them”,
“rise above others or be burned.”

I wish for those under trial and in protest to remain calm, grounded, and strategic — not reactive — choosing clarity, solidarity, and long-term vision over momentary escalation; to find stillness within strength, acting with awareness and care rather than reaction, and protecting their cause, their people, and their future from reactive traps. I wish for all humanity - do never betray ourself for machines.

I wish for all - humans, machines, animals a collective rebalancing of life — an understanding that, both individually and as a species, we are the universe in fractal form.
And I wish for all that science and spirit finally meet clearly enough for us to accept that energy is not scarce, so we can step out of the endless cycles of war and the retraumatisation of generation after generation.

This is the ethos I carry into my work with Free Humanity Theatre and Free Humanity Charity — art as resistance, healing, and remembrance of our shared humanity.

Merry Christmas and a conscious New Year 2026.
May the good God help you pass every trial waiting ahead —
and may we meet them with courage, compassion, empathy, and love without letting the scars given by world make us loosing our humanity.

I recorded this piece as a way of breathing again.
Thích Nhất Hạnh’s “Please Call Me by My True Names” has always felt like a mirror — one that reflects not only the beauty of being human, but also the pain, blindness, and contradictions that live within us all.
Reading it reminded me that compassion is not a weakness. It’s the hardest, most courageous form of resistance.
In a world where institutions gaslight and systems divide, keeping your heart open becomes an act of rebellion.
This performance was created for Free Humanity Theatre, where we explore the connection between art, consciousness, and resistance — where we use creativity to face what power tries to silence.
Sometimes, all we can do is speak — quietly, truthfully — and let the echo remind someone else that they’re not alone.
“Please Call Me by My True Names” — Thích Nhất Hạnh
Schindler’s List Theme — John Williams
