Ephemeral Ensemble We are an International Physical Theatre Ensemble. Our work is visually striking, highly dynamic, though provoking, moving and satirical at heart.

We make work led by a theme or question in relation to a form, which inspires us to find fact based stories and events that shine a light on current social issues. We don't lean on text to communicate with an audience. We combine the high physicality of the performers, original music and playful interaction with the stagecraft to create a narrative. We seek harmony in our work that comes from an e

xtensive process, which oscillates between experimentation and research. As well as collaboration between the artistic team, the community and professionals in other fields.

We’re heading to Sarajevo with REWIND: Bosnia & Herzegovina! On the 8th of May - for one night only - we will step on stage at the legendary performing as a part of !

REWIND: Bosnia & Herzegovina is an adaptation of our multi award winning and critically acclaimed theatre show, REWIND, paying tribute to the victims of the atrocities that occurred in B&H 31 years ago.

This is a collaboration between Remembering Srebrenica, multi disciplinary artist Katie Taylor ( ), Professor Alison Ribeiro de Menezes and Ephemeral Ensemble.

And in a blink of an eye our Argentina tour has come to an end. Three extraordinary weeks in this beautiful country that wouldn’t have happened if it weren’t for the incredible .sf who took such good care of us every step of the way.
We performed REWIND in 3 different cities, met our heroes at the Argentinian Forensic Anthropology team ( ), spoke at symposiums, taught workshops, attended a vigil in Santa Fe and marched alongside the people on the day of remembrance of truth and justice.

This baby is going back on tour - and this time to Argentina!

This March will be a full circle moment for us as this is the home of the Nobel Peace Prize nominated Argentinian Forensic Anthropology team - who are at the heart of REWIND.
We are beyond excited to be heading to 3 different cities, Buenos Aires, Rosario and Santa Fe, with performances, workshops, conversatorios and more!
