Highlights include appearing in Florence for Luciano Berio; award winning film, TV and performance projects with Judith Weir; appearing as part of a Tracy Emin exhibition at MOMA, Oxford; and extensive touring to festivals in Japan, Europe, Scandinavia and the USA – with productions for Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Tete-a-Tete Opera Festival, ZKM in Germany, Gothenburg Opera, IRCAM and Radio France. Current performance projects include the Gamelan Dubstep collaboration with composer Ornette Clennon and Minerva Scientifica Project which is due to continue touring the UK from March 2015. Creative Learning:
In 2009 electric voice theatre worked with Errollyn Wallen, producing “Clothesburger” with singers from Pegasus Opera and 417 children at the South Bank Centre, London. We have worked on many significant projects including with The Young Composer of Dyfed, Wales; Henley Festival; BBC Education Programmes, and English National Opera. We are currently working with The Great Tapestry of Scotland delivering school workshops designed to enhance the visual experience of the tapestry while exploring musical, vocal and physical challenges. electric voice theatre work regularly with Professor Nicholas Till, at The Centre for Research in Opera and Music Theatre, at the University of Sussex, and are currently developing Minerva Scientifica at King’s College London.
