✨ A night to remember ✨
Lights... camera... and the red carpet... Oh what a night it was!!
My very first red carpet for our film 🎬💫- The Unexpected
Walking through the flashes, hearing the cheers, and seeing our hard work being celebrated in one of the prestigious film festivals - Chicago South Asian Film festival, felt surreal.
Every flash of the camera reminded me of the long journey it took to get here: the late nights, the challenges, the moments of doubt, and the breakthroughs that shaped this film. Seeing the poster, hearing the title announced, and feeling the energy of people gathered to celebrate our work—it felt like a dream come true...
An endorsement that dreams really do take shape when you pour your heart into them. Grateful to my amazing team, cast, and crew who made this possible. This is just the beginning. ❤️

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 - 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐫

The Unexpected explores the absurdities of human condition through two structurally unified stories of which Mirror in the Water deals with ambition, love, and loss explored through a collage of a recurrent dream, hallucinations, realities and writings of a brilliant Professor suffering from early onset dementia while The Poisonous deals with crime and its retribution where a shady antique dealer meets his match in the daughter of one of his victims, their fateful interaction leading up to a surreal climax.
