ArteTetra nasceva a cavallo tra 2014 e 2015 e da allora non ha mai smesso di esplorare e dare forma a una musica “pan-globale”, un intreccio ultra-contemporaneo, coloratissimo e fantasioso di suoni da diverse parti del mondo, elettronica e sperimentazione. Stanotte a Battiti ospitiamo i suoi due fondatori, Luigi Monteanni e Matteo Pennesi - attivi anche come duo con il nome BABAU - per farci raccontare qualcosa di più dei dieci anni di attività dell’etichetta, fortemente radicata al territorio di provenienza, le Marche, ma con una vocazione molto internazionale. Ci parleranno della loro visione, e quindi anche di “Musica del Quinto Mondo”, “future pidging”, “digital folklore”, delle loro numerose collaborazioni, di Onlyf**kinglabels, e ascolteremo musica dal catalogo Artetetra e di artisti che sono stati importanti per il suo sviluppo, tra cui Rainbow Island, Sun Araw, Kink Gong, Nicola Ratti, Jon Hassell, Carl Stone, Senyawa e Nicolas Gaunin.
