Workshop 1 July 28, 15:00 – 17:00. Welcome to Ashwini bandha and Surya bandha; get ready to deepen your backbends safely, with engagement and awareness.

What is a bandha? A bandha is a muscular body lock; learning to use them can unleash the more complex and adventurous postures. But as your practice develops, bandhas become even more – they are an energetic gateway into deepening your flow.

We will explore the magic of bandhas, learn the nuances of muscle engagement and use drills to build strength and take your asana practice to the next level.

Friday 7th: Backbends 10.30am - cover for (don’t worry I will bring his sass!)

Sat 8th: Foundation (L1) inversions 10.30am (claim your wallspace early for added comfort) 😜

Sat 8th: L2 inversions 12 noon. All things airtrack and trap 🪤 vortex!

New home, new schedule ⬇️

As .e1 opens its doors this week we are all very excited to settle into our new yoga and movement home. I will be trying out all the classes especially Ballet burn, which I CANNOT wait for… but if you want to get upside down with me this week, I will be here this Saturday:
