I believe imagination, expressed through the arts, has the power to transform lives and society.

I’m one of 29 speakers joining the Synergy & Momentum Festival; a 36-hour online festival hosted by Intuitive Wisdom Academy, with facilitators from three continents.

The festival brings together teachers, practitioners and guides across consciousness, creativity, the body and personal transformation - live sessions and recordings running across the full weekend, so something is always available wherever you are in the world.

Intuitive Wisdom Academy is a platform supporting people to live a more intuitive life. It’s free to join for 90 days, no card required and the festival is your way in.

I’m involved in three offerings, interviewing David Carnegie, a longevity and inflammation expert, participating in the Heavenly Picniq immersive performance and my stand-alone offer, Tasting the Art of Imagination on Saturday evening at 1930 BST. See you there !

Something is brewing and I’d love you to be part of it.
On 4 and 5 July I’ll be one of the facilitators at the Synergy and Momentum Festival, a free 24-hour online gathering for people who are ready to bring synergy and momentum to the life they would love to live.
What moves me about this festival is that it is itself a living example of its own theme. It came together quickly, across time zones, with collaborators who had never been in the same room. A website built, sessions shaped, a community aligned. And it is flowing.
I’ll be running a session using one of my favourite exercises from my own practice, a playful and surprisingly revealing experience of how your imagination is already creating your reality, with art as the medium. I’ll also be interviewing the longevity expert who has radically shifted my health this year, using Qi Gong and other modalities.
It’s free. It’s online. And I think you’ll want to be there.
Register at the link in bio.
And if you want to go deeper after the festival, something new is launching at The Colour of Splash Salon on Skool on 25 July. More very soon.

Last weekend at TEDxIbiza, nine speakers asked the same question from different directions.

What does it mean to be human right now?

We gave people the answer. Not in words — in experience.

Between the talks, Oliver Marder (.myart) and I ran workshops in art and imagination. No experience needed. No performance. Just presence and making.

People left with something created by their own hands — and a felt sense of what becomes possible when imagination comes alive.

You don’t need to be in Ibiza to feel that.

Back in Ibiza 🌞

On 14 March I’ll be running creative workshop tasters at TEDx Ibiza 2026: Thinking Cultura, short versions of my Life Reimagined workshop.

These sessions are all about:
+ Rekindling imagination
+ Reclaiming your inner aliveness
+ Opening new creative perspective

People have described this work as:
🌟 Deep yet playful
🌟 Structured but soulful
🌟 Transformative — even for sceptics
🌟 A bridge from limitation to possibility

And the best part? These tasters are free for TEDx attendees.

I’ll also be collaborating again with my friend .myart with whom I started running these workshops last year. It feels beautifully full circle!

🎟️ Tickets still available at tedx-ibiza.com
