Influenced by the world of maverick film director David Lynch, the Double R brings you an unparalleled evening of sex, smoke and strobe, from the finger-clicking jazz ambience of cult TV show Twin Peaks, to the bizarre monochrome machine world of Eraserhead; from the dark underbelly of Mulholland Drive, to the surreal small town madness of Blue Velvet. The Double R re-imagines these worlds and takes them further, to glamorously seedy nights both magical and debauched, frightening and perplexing, but always entertaining… See murdered prom queen burlesque, sinister re-workings of classic 50s tunes, cabaret "from another place", comedy, live music; all served with "Damn fine" cherry pie and a cup of coffee, "Black, like midnight on a moonless night..."
