Teachers, this one’s for you. 💖 The real unsung heroes of aerial.
The people who spend hours planning a class… then throw the entire plan out the window because the group needs something different.
The ones who can look at 12 different bodies on an apparatus and somehow find 12 different ways to help them succeed.
The ones who adapt on the spot, come up with progressions, regressions, alternatives and new ideas in seconds.
The ones who remember who’s working on what, who needs a little more confidence, who needs a challenge and who definitely needs to REST.
The ones who spot, demonstrate, explain, encourage, troubleshoot, motivate and somehow keep an eye on everything happening in the room.
And the ones who celebrate your tiny wins like they’re their own.
Teaching aerial is SO much more than teaching skills.
It’s creating a safe space to learn, fail, try again, build confidence and realise you can do things you didn’t think were possible.
So here’s to the teachers who make it look effortless… even when their brains are doing 47 things at once.
We see you. We appreciate you. And you’re absolute legends.
Tag an aerial teacher who deserves some love. 💖
