It’s Eczema Awareness Week, and we’d like to spotlight The Eczema Expert and the launch of their brand new free app...

A new free resource for families living with eczema 💛

Naturopath, Herbalist and Nutritionist Rebecca Bonneteau N.D. has launched The Eczema Expert app, bringing together eight years of eczema education and family support in a format designed for exhausted parents.

The free app includes bite-sized eczema education, emotional support for parents and children, answers to real parent questions, and a private community where families can ask questions and support one another.

Rebecca, who was born with eczema herself, created The Eczema Expert around one simple thought:

“I wish my parents knew then what I know now.”

From getting outdoors and exercising to slowing down, switching off and making time to recharge, everyone has their own way of looking after themselves.

National Wellness Month may be in August, but our wellbeing should be something we prioritise all year round.
