To celebrate we're spotlighting the return of the EFG Elements Series for 2026 with three shows hand-picked in collaboration with our title sponsors EFG International, reflecting the richness and diversity of the Festival.

From celebrated global icons and world-class homegrown talent, the Elements Series reinforces our shared commitment to the next generation of emerging artists as well as the creation of new music.

Bringing an electronic edge to the Festival are Shell Company and Memotone for an exciting matinee performance at Kings Place

Shell Company's textured, atmospheric compositions sit alongside Memotone's genre-blurring soundscapes, creating a set that moves slowly and deliberately, built for closer listening.

The event is produced entirely by participants of Serious' Milestones programme, a professional development scheme for young people building careers across the live music industry. Over five months, this select cohort has worked directly with industry professionals, including the production team behind Love Supreme Jazz Festival, to programme, budget and deliver the show from the ground up.

Following two sold-out shows on Sat 21 Nov, we've added a third show on Sun 22 Nov! This is your chance to experience this unique, never-before-seen show, making its debut at the Barbican this November as a celebration of Murakami's lifelong love of jazz

Experience a specially curated Japanese listening club live from the Barbican Hall and step back in time into the world of Peter Cat, the legendary Tokyo jazz club run by literary icon Haruki Murakami from 1974 to 1981.
