Did the Scottish Borders NYE life drawing marathon again. It was good fun, with a great range of models.

I didn't sit drawing for the whole 14 hours, but dipped in and out during the day.

I like using it as a chance to play around with mediums I don't use very often. I'm terrible for buying art supplies that I only use once or twice. I enjoyed using ink with nib, then adding watercolor after it had dried. I also used a calligraphy style pen, which was super fun, and experimented with acrylic ink on tracing paper.
