‘Contentment’ ❤️
I have kept hold of this original drawing as was planning on entering a few competitions , however the costs involved and logistics if selected are prohibitive.
So, if anyone is interested in buying this piece before it goes to a gallery then please DM me. I also have a few strictly limited edition giclee prints available either from me or Thornthwaite Galleries. It measures 21x17inch and is beautifully framed in solid oak 🖼️

What a brilliant experience going to London to see my drawing “ Where Time Rests” at the Mall Galleries. I was absolutely stunned when it was announced as the overall winner and “Best in Show” in the UK Colour Pencil Society Silver Anniversary exhibition out of the 150 juried artworks on display. It was judged by Curtis Holder, the winner of Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year in 2020 which made it even more special. Many thanks go the UKCPS for all the hard work that goes into the organisation of events such as this and to Derwent Art for providing a beautiful box of the excellent Derwent Lightfast pencils ❤️

Oh wow 😲😳! Update from this mornings post, I’m absolutely thrilled, honoured and gobsmacked to receive Best in Show. There are so many beautiful drawings on display so to win this award is amazing 🤩 I have booked my London train tickets now on Friday so will post some more pics from the exhibition next week ☺️

Thrilled and honoured to have a piece of artwork selected for the UKCPS Silver anniversary exhibition hosted by the prestigious Mall Galleries in London 😁🥳
Not so sure about the logistics involved in delivery, collection and seeing the exhibition though ! Might have to combine with a spot of gallery hopping and sightseeing ☺️ (not allowed to say which piece yet 🤐 )
