ophies that developed were the uncompromising focus on emotional connection of material over "production" aspects and "commercial viability", and that everyone has a spark of creativity that can be nurtured through self directed learning. The advent of the internet, Facebook, YouTube and myriad of tools to help make and distribute work has changed the landscape. However we are now in a situation where although it has never been easier to create, it has never been harder to get yourself noticed. Media industries across the board are seeing massive shifts in the models needed to operate and survive. Value of material and appreciation of the effort involved is continually being eroded. Despite all of these one core truth remains; behind every computer screen is (generally) a person to engage with. Over the years our mission evolved to seek out new artists, writers and tech start ups, and offering help where we can to aid their development to the point where they are able to operate independently. The assumption is that positive manipulation is for mutual exploitation and benefit; it allows us to foster an environment where we will thrive ourselves.
