How long have you worked at Zhero?
5 months, 3 of those being Cargo Fleet Manager and Operations Supervisor.
Current projects outside of Zhero?
Getting my City and Guilds Level 2 Cycle Mechanic certification.
Favourite local maker?
Quirk Cycles - based just over the canal from us in Hackney Wick. Quirk hand make some very beautiful steel bicycle frames and their style and attention to detail is second to none.
Favourite tune to ride to?
This is a very difficult one to answer. Outside of music I'm loving audiobooks while riding - currently listening to Bram Stoker's Dracula. Tune wise, I'll go for Benadryl Submarine by Lil Ugly Mane. Whole album is brilliant.
Favourite thing about working for Zhero?
Another hard question! I'll be diplomatic and throw a couple out there. Big shout out to the team; we are a small enough business for everyone to be friendly and personable with each other, this is how we keep the gang on job and running even on the craziest of days. The lads at the top have a real inspiring vision about what they want Zhero to be, and how the business fits into the community in a wider sense and I believe this vision and passion has trickled down into the workforce. Bonus favourite thing goes to the treats and coffees thrown at us riders and drivers by our clientele! Million thanks for sustaining our adventures around London.
