Welcome to The End Of The World- the nightclub for the damned!

The Bitter Pill is coming to Camden Fringe at The Libra Theatre Cafe on the 28th and 30th of July in Adrien Rosza’s debut play!

https://camdenfringe.com/events/the-bitter-pill/

Starting from this year’s SU Fest, The Bitter Pill is part immersive jukebox musical, part poetic ode to q***r culture, and full existential crisis! It follows aspiring poet and Oxford dropout Flood inside a lawless club where gender is left at the door and gloves are mandated to ‘not touch the light too soon’. It’s here where they meet The Anachronists; a group of misfits from bygone eras who convince them to swallow literal bitter pills and succumb to their desires. With intoxication literally in the air and iconic British songs turned into musical sequences, why not dance your life away and succumb to the end with company?

The image shows two people. One has long hair and wears a beanie. They have mascara dripping from their eyes as they watch the other person, who has short hair and holds a cigarette near their mouth. Green text at the top reads ‘THE BITTER PILL’, and smaller green text continues ‘A jukebox musical by Adrien Rosza, directed by Lizzie Peters; 28th and 30th July, The Libra Theatre Cafe’. Photo credits are given to Roman V Terrazas. At the bottom left, the words ‘The Camden Fringe’ are displayed, and to the right, there is a QR code (the link in the caption above takes you to the same page).
