Our Story

Since founding SLAM. Theatre in 2015, what started out as a small project has grown into what we now call a company. Collaborating with New Writers, Directors, Performers, Creatives and Technical Production teams SLAM. has blossomed into what it is today, however, still holds the same aim that it did in the very beginning; to make theatre that is both unique and appropriate for the audiences of today.

Collaboration is at the heart of our work, approaching all new productions with select teams of both Artists and Theatre Practitioners allowing us to achieve high standards in both performance and production value. By working in this way it enables everyone involved to grow ideas together and make work that is innovative, challenges audiences and demonstrates the influence the arts can have in today society.
